Man Slaps Child in Walmart

Its not even his own child. 61 year old Roger Stephens slapped a 2 year old child in Walmart for crying.

He had told the mother to stop the child from crying or he would do it. He wasn't bluffing as he proceeded to slap the child about 4 or 5 times in the face.

This happened at a Walmart in Georgia. Stephens was arrested and charged with felony cruelty to children.

I hope this dude isn't in care of any small children because his way of disciplining them is over the top and brutal especially when you consider that children cry. They get uncomfortable and they cry.

I think this is what should happen to Mr Stephens.
