Opening this week is the based on a true story comedy, The Informant which stars Matt Damon. This week we check in as always with Twitter for the scoop on whether you should go see the movie or wait for a rainy night to download it online.

But first a little about The Informant.

Director: Steven Soderbergh
Starring: Matt Damon, Scott Bakula
Runtime: 108 mins.
MPAA Rating: R

Synopsis: A rising star in the agricultural industry suddenly turns whistleblower in hopes of gaining a lucrative promotion and becoming a hero of the common people, inadvertently revealing his penchant for helping himself to the corporate coffers and ultimately threatening to derail the very investigation he helped to launch.

Here's what the movie goers on Twitter said in this weeks edition of 10 Tweets.

Wow. I smell a disappointment. Twitter users got The Informant a rating of 3.5 out of 10. Understand that Steven Soderbergh's movies can be a little complicated and hard to get but this might actually reek. Maybe.

Have you seen The Informant? What were your thoughts?
